CSC-2 Automated Customer Service Center Specifications

To use the CSC-2, the consumer simply lifts the handset which then dials your customer service representative. Your rep can then determine the cause of the problem and whether or not to issue a refund. An access code is used to dispense any amount of money in combinations or quarters and nickels.

The system is touchtone programmable, either locally or remotely. And because it has non-volatile memory, the information is permanently stored even during a power outage.

After a predetermined amount of time without a voice on the line, the CSC-2 hangs up automatically, keeping service available. The CSC-2 can also be set to dial-in specific machine problems that may occur such as a health control shutdown.
