With customer satisfaction being one of the highest priorities for any vending service, it is important to address any problems as soon as possible. The CSC-2 fills that need as an automated call center that helps the customer solve their problem almost immediately.

When a customer has a problem with their vending needs, for example, having inserted their money and receiving no product, they simply pick up the handset and are connected automatically to a designated customer service representative. That person can distribute refunds on the spot or record machine malfunctions immediately so service personel can fix the faulty machine. Usually a designated vending representative on-site would distribute refunds, but now with the CSC-2, that position can be eliminated.

With the CSC-2, machine problems are discovered faster with remote reporting functions. Machine abuse is reduced by making sure that customers are satisfied with their purchase. The new CSC-2 is a proactive tool that will keep vending customers happier and coming back time and time again.
